This is a spawn you can use as a lobby area for all kinds of things; survival, creative, factions etc.

It has a portal (the water going down between the two towers) which you can use to teleport to somewhere. If you want you could place signs for info or something else at some places.

It contains a castle-like building, a mansion four towers and landscape.
