This spawn was a previous entry for a competition a server but is now customizable for anyone. This lobby is a great handful, with precise and smooth hand terraform, as well as a variety of structures of all size, shapes, and looks, including many iconic structures including a large modern house. The spawn can be used for many different spawn types as well.
